4. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Poland. We’re working on expanding to other countries in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within Poland typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your package’s journey.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if available). You can use this information to monitor your order’s status.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at katjadyucez@gmx.net. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
8. What if my earrings are damaged or defective?
If your earrings are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process to ensure you get a replacement or refund.
9. How do I return an item?

10. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging. However, all our earrings come in a beautiful box that’s ready for gifting. We’ll make sure your order is carefully packaged to arrive safely.
